By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.───────────Payment Information──────────

𝄞   Accepted payment methods: PayPal, VGen, Ko-fi𝄞  100% upfront payment is required before I begin working.𝄞   If you are uncomfortable with full upfront payment, I may allow:
        50% down payment before starting
        Remaining 50% after the sketch is approved𝄞   No work will begin until payment (or down payment) is received.───────Work Process & Communication───────

𝄞  I am a working student and typically work on commissions during weekends. My timezone is GMT+8.𝄞    I am most available around 7:00 PM on weekdays.𝄞   I am most active on Discord, which is the preferred platform for communication.𝄞   I will inform you if there are any delays or issues affecting your commission.𝄞   You are free to ask for updates on your commission status; however, please understand that I may not always have new progress to show.𝄞   Final artwork can be delivered via Google Drive link if requested.──────────Credits & Posting Rights─────────

𝄞   When posting the commissioned artwork publicly, you must always credit me:
@salt_ndpepper𝄞   I retain the right to post the finished artwork on any platform (social media, portfolio, etc.).𝄞   If you wish for the artwork to remain private, an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) fee of $500 USD is required.───────────Revisions & Changes───────────
𝄞   Small changes are free both during the process and after the artwork is finished.𝄞   Major changes after completion (including but not limited to):
          Color changes
          Transformations
          Adding new objects or major elements𝄞   Major changes after completion will incur a $10 USD fee per request.─────────────Refund Policy─────────────

𝄞   No refunds are offered once payment has been made and work has started.𝄞   Refunds are only possible if:
          I have not started working on the artwork at all.𝄞   Chargebacks will result in:
          Immediate blacklisting
          Full rights for me to use, post, modify, or repurpose the artwork at my discretion.──────────────Timeframe──────────────

𝄞   Estimated completion time: 1–3 months𝄞   I work at my own pace and may procrastinate. I am currently dealing with mental health struggles, so please keep this in mind before commissioning.𝄞   If you require faster completion:
          Rush orders are available
          Rush fees vary depending on how quickly you want the artwork completed────────────Copyright & Usage───────────

𝄞   I retain the copyright to the artwork unless commercial rights are purchased.𝄞   No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token); my art, whether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else. I also strictly prohibit usage of my illustrations for AI learning.𝄞   Personal use is allowed by default.𝄞   Commercial use requires additional fees and must be clarified before payment.────────────Commercial Fees────────────

𝄞   +100% of the total price for any commercial use
+200% of the total price for merchandise-related work𝄞   Clients must clearly state the intended use before payment is made.──────What Is Considered Commercial Use─────

𝄞   The following are considered commercial usage:
          YouTube thumbnails
          Stream thumbnails, overlays, and assets
          Music videos
          Channel banners & profile pictures
          Intro/outro graphics
          Stream or channel emotes
          Album covers
          Merchandise (shirts, prints, stickers, etc.)
          Website assets
          Advertisements or promotional materials
          Game assets
          Book covers
          Social media branding

By purchasing or offering on any adoptable I create, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.───────────Payment Information──────────
𝄞   All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.𝄞   Accepted payment methods: PayPal𝄞   Payment must be completed in full before the character is transferred.Payment Deadlines𝄞   For purchases under $100: Payment is due within 24 hours after I contact you.𝄞   For purchases $100 and above: Payment is due within 48 hours after I contact you.𝄞   Failure to pay within the timeframe may result in:
        The adopt being relisted or reopened, and/or
        The offer being voided.Payment Plans (Optional)𝄞   If I allow a payment plan, the schedule will be discussed privately.𝄞   Missing a payment without notice may result in the adopt being reclaimed with no refund.──────────Refunds & Cancellations─────────𝄞   No refunds after the adopt is delivered.𝄞   If you back out before payment, that is fine—just communicate.𝄞   If you disappear or refuse to pay after claiming, I may blacklist you from future sales.─────────Ownership & Usage Rights────────𝄞   Upon purchase, you receive:
        Full rights to use, redesign, rename, or develop the character.
        Permission to create personal art, stories, or worldbuilding involving the character.
        Permission to commission other artists to draw the character.Restrictions:𝄞   Do not claim the original design/art as your own creation.𝄞   Do not remove my signature/watermark from the original files.𝄞   Commercial use is allowed only if explicitly stated on the adopt listing.𝄞   If commercial rights are not included, you must ask for permission before using the design for merch, prints, VTuber models, games, etc.─────────Reselling, Trading & Gifting────────𝄞   You may resell the adopt for the same amount or lower if no extra artwork has been added.𝄞   You may sell for a higher price only if:
        You have additional commissioned art, OR
        You have drawn significant personal artwork for the character.𝄞   You may trade or gift the adopt freely.𝄞   You must keep a record of the character’s ownership history.──────────────Artist Rights─────────────𝄞   I retain the rights to the original artwork used in the adopt listing.𝄞   I may use the adopt images for:
        Portfolio examples
        Social media posts
        Advertisements for my work𝄞   I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.─────────────Blacklist Rules─────────────𝄞   I may blacklist users who:
        Steal art
        Repeatedly fail to pay
        Harass me or others
        Break the TOS in any significant way𝄞   Blacklisted users are not permitted to purchase or trade for my designs.────────────Communication────────────𝄞   Please be polite and communicate clearly.𝄞   If you need more time for payment or have concerns, you can message me and we’ll figure something out.𝄞   Harassment, guilt-tripping, or disrespect will not be tolerated.
